Basics. NAME/NICKNAMES: Lucinda // Lucy GENDER: Female BIRTHDAY/AGE: SEXUALITY: Not really one way or the other OCCUPATION: Upper Level demon // Demon of Fear APPEARANCE: Appearance goes here. Supernatural. Astral Projection {hypnotic suggestion} - Ability to manifest as an invisible presence, granting the ability to speak to a victim's subconsciousness. Those around her are susceptible to her suggestions, the effects varying upon her concentration and the victim's strength of mind. A weak-willed person can be easily influenced while a strong-minded individual takes a bit more effort. In her astral state, her body remains awake, but unresponsive. Her eyes stay open so her astral mind can keep watch for danger to her body. Drawback? While in astral mode, she's susceptible to trapping in the astral plane (as demonstrated in the future by Molly, in 2037, 12 & 1/2 years from the present day). Limited Clairvoyance {reading fears} - Ability to gain information through means other than the known human senses, a form of extra-sensory perception. The source of her limit is to fears, able to know those of each and every victim. Drawback? If you've defeated your greatest fear, you're immune to this ability. That is, until you form a new one. Shadow Manipulation - Ability to create or manipulate darkness, often by mentally accessing a dimension of dark energy and manipulating it. A cloudy day is all the absence of light she needs to use this ability. This includes creating and controlling fog and mist. Drawback? If you are in the light, the darkness cannot reach you there. Illusionism {specific form of telepathy} - Ability to alter or deceive the perceptions of another. Can be sensory, a sound-based effect, or an alteration of mental perceptions. Meaning she can induce physical feeling, cause one to hear things that are not there, or see things that are not really happening (either on a conscious or subconscious mind). Drawback? Only psychics and advanced telepaths have any kind of natural protection against this ability, but can still be affected if caught off guard. Glamouring - Ability to change any aspect/all of one's physical form. Full glamouring is limited to objects/people of a quarter size larger than herself or smaller. Physical aspects of her own genetic make-up range from her eyes to hair to teeth to skin and all else in between. Drawback? In psychic visions, she'll appear as her true self, which may not be the case when the vision comes to play. A keen eyed-psychic has been known to blow her cover in the past. Smoking - Ability to exhale a wisp of smoke that when inhaled by the victim, sears their lungs and the path that trails to them internally, effecting the nose, throat, esophagus, and vocal cords. This is similar to the effects of breathing in the smoke inside of a burning building, only it works much faster and does not stop the ability to breathe. Instead, it destroys the flesh of the airway, burning away until there's too much damage for the victim to survive. Drawback? You can survive if you can manage to get away quick enough, but there damn sure better be some help there for you if you want any real chance of survival. Personality. Personality goes here. Family Tree.   Her parents Personal Biography. Lucy was birthed of all the combined negative energies of the infamous demon, Barbas, and a vanquished Siren. When she came to conciousness, she found herself in the Demonic Wasteland, accompanied by Barbas himself. Her own creation had breathed life into the Demon of Fear, who took her with him as he scavenged the wasteland, looking for a new way out. At the beginning of her life, Lucy was a small child. She was never born, per say, but had simply formed. She could already walk, however unsteady, already containing the mental capacities of an adult. Though still retaining the necessary child limitations, she had to learn to speak, but could already understand when she was spoken to. Speech came very quickly to her. Her powers grew quickly over the years, expanding as much as she grew. By her seventh year, she and her father had enough combined power to escape the wasteland, a new life granted with new habitation in the Underworld. Out of Character.
